Haircuts and skin fades
Clipper cuts, scissor cuts, tapers and skin fades, every one finished with a straight-razor neck shave and a hot towel. Bring a photo or just tell us what you do for a living and how much fuss you can stand in the morning.
Hot-towel straight-razor shaves
The old way: hot towels, warm lather worked in by brush, two passes with a fresh blade, then a cold towel and balm. It takes about forty minutes and nobody hurries it. Head shaves too.
Beard trims, shaping and line-ups
Trimmed to the shape of your face, edges cut clean with a razor, and a hot towel and oil if you want the long version. Quick neck and line-up tidies between cuts, too.
Walk-ins welcome, or book a chair
Walk in whenever we are open and take the next free chair. If you would rather know your time, call and book one. Thursday and Friday we stay until 8 pm for after-work cuts.

Where we are
In Hyde Park, Austin, Texas (78751), a few blocks north of the university. There is street parking on the surrounding blocks, and the pole is lit whenever we are open.

A note from Stay Open Late
What changed
The old site hid everything a customer needs inside pictures: the name, the phone number, the hours and the prices. This one says all of it in plain words that Google, Apple Maps and a phone screen can read, and it still looks like a proper old-school parlour.
- Phone, hours and prices are real text. Search engines can show them, and a thumb can tap the number to call.
- One heading per service. Haircuts, hot-towel shaves and beard work each get their own words, to match what people actually type.
- The shop's details in search-engine format. Name, area, phone and opening hours are labelled for them, which is what "open now" searches look at.
- Built for a phone first, and quick. No giant photos: the pole and the lighting are drawn in code, so the page is light.
